All items are tested as working prior to being dispatched.
Should any item be found faulty within 48 hours of delivery please contact RICOTECH immediately by email or telephone and the item will be replaced.
RICOTECH will be responsible for delivering the replaced goods or components.
Each item is covered by a 30 day return to base warranty.
Any items found faulty within 30 days of purchase must be returned to RICOTECH - Unit 1, Honeymead Farm, Castle Lane, Wookey, Wells, BA5 1NN. Before returning any goods please contact RICOTECH for a returns reference number.
No item will be accepted for return without a returns reference number
RICOTECH will then deliver the repaired or replaced item free of charge to the customer
RICOTECH will endeavor to repair or replace items in the most efficient manner.
Any items found faulty after 30 days from purchase are unfortunately not covered under the warranty, however do contact RICOTECH as we will be able to help but may make a charge.
