All orders will be delivered by our own courier free of charge within 5 working days unless otherwise stated (eg. staff purchase schemes will vary).
Deliveries will be made between 09:00 and 17:30. Should nobody be available to sign for the delivery, a card will be posted through the letter box advising the recipient that an attempt was made to deliver, inviting you to telephone and arrange either; a) collection from the couriers nearest control centre from the working day after the card was left or b) re-delivery to the original address at a convenient time during normal working hours.
Items not delivered or collected within 5 days will be returned to RICOTECH. An additional fee may then be charged to re-deliver.
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 24 hours.
The invoice will be dispatched with the order.
It is the customers responsibility to check the delivery, invoice and goods on arrival and any discrepencies notified to us immediately.
All customers should have pre-paid before the goods are delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
Orders that are to be dispatched overseas MUST contact us before placing the order to arrange delivery and prices.
RETURNS POLICY
The cost of returning any items will be the customers responsibility.
